Best $89 ever spent. I have two times during the last four years tried to obtain a copy of my DD214 through written request to the government records office. Both attempts resulted in a response stating that my file could not be found several months after I sent my request. I was somewhat skeptical after my failed attempts that Touchstone could deliver in 7 days. Not only did they deliver, but I received great updates as to the status of my order, an electronic copy of the document and two certified originals in the mail a couple of days later. I recommend giving this service a try to anyone who has had difficulties getting a copy of a DD214.
