I had a small sticker shock but soon realized the price was right in line with all the other services. I was extremely satisfied with how quickly my records were retrieved and I was impressed how Touchstone kept me updated thoughout the process. I would highly recommend this service to anyone who needs their DD214 in a hurry. I'll probably trip over my original tomorrow, but...I won't have any regrets if I do.
