They said 3 days for electronic and 7-10 for a physical copy. Both were spot on. Day 3 I got an email saying my download was ready. Day 7 we received a package in the mail.

Excellent service. Timely deliverables. I would definitely suggest them to other vets that need a copy of their 214 quickly.
