It was very refreshing to be able to actually get my records, and in only a few days. I tried to get a copy of my DD214 over a year ago directly from the government, and never got anything, not even a status report.
Touchstone was a little expensive in my opinion, but the service was exactly as advertised. Another case of getting what you pay for, I guess.
If circumstances ever require me to seek copies of documents from my military service, I won't waste time with government agencies again; I will go directly to Touchstone, right out of the gate. Thank you for delivering exactly what you said you would, accurate and on-time!
