I lucked out finding Touchstone on the web when trying to get my DD214-you really are supposed to keep those things in a safe place. I contacted them around 10 AM one morning and had my documents the next evening aroun 7:30, just in time to meet my application deadline. I'm sure I could have eventually gotten what I needed on my own, but never so fast and certainly not without a lot of phone and email waiting. Thanks for a great job. It was certainly worth the fee.
