I must say that I was suprised at the service that TouchStone provided. First let me tell you that I have tried to work without any help in order to get a copy of my DD-214 and ended up waiting for an envelope that never arrived. I contacted TouchStone and recieved it in a couple of days and I was able to apply for the home loan I was planning on. I even had issues with the email address that I provided and called and asked if they could send it to an alternate email. Before I was off of the phone , it was waiting for me on my computer. I will certainly use their service in the future. THANKS , TOUCHSTONE.
