I will be very honest, I was in a panic as I am I trying to get admitted to a University here in NC. They asked for my DD214, I sent them it, only to be told that they needed the long form with separation codes and I did not know where that was. I did a quick check online and found Touchstone Research. I was told of the various services, and requested the 3 day service. When I checked my invoice online it showed the 7 day delivery, and so I emailed to ask if they got my request correct or not, but did not get a reply, so the next day I emailed again, but again no reply. This morning (day 2) I woke up at 4am nervous about my DD214 as I needed it. I quickly looked through my paperwork again and found my DD256 which the school accepted. I had thought I had been scammed. I would be very wrong, as this afternoon I received my email with the link to my full DD214. I have forwarded this to the school as well. They delivered as promised, I just wish they answered customers emails a bit faster when asked questions.
