Touchstone was a service I needed during a relocation. My DD-214 got put in storage during our relocation and I needed a copy as part of the documentation for a home purchase. Touchstone was able to get me a copy that met the requirements of my lender. I would highly recommend Touchstone to anyone requiring access to their military service records. In fact, my lender asked who I used to get my DD-214 so quickly as they want to be able to provide an alternative to other prospective veteran borrowers when faced with similar circumstances.
