The overall service was good. However I spoke to Chris and had asked if it was possible to retrieve my DD214 in 24 hours. Chris said for my branch of service and separation date, it was possible but he recommended their three-day service. I was charged 103.00 for that service but still hoped I would have it in 24 hours. I later spoke to someone who was very helpful and told me it would be 1-3 business days. I received it in 2 which was still fast. Thank you. I do think it was a bit expensive.
