I could not locate my father's DD214 in his military file after his death. I contacted Touchstone via online registration (very easy) on a Friday night and had my documents on the second business day the following week. Everything needed for burial at Arlington was there. I emailed a question back to Touchstone regarding the documents and they answered in five minutes. Great service!
