I'm already impressed... and I just placed my order 20 minutes ago! I was in the middle of entering my order when I got a phone call from Touchstone- they finished my order on the phone for me, and even gave me a discount! They saved me the hassle of finishing my online application, plus I saved $10 to boot. By far, this was the best customer service I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing.
