It is a good service just know it takes a little long. you should definitely think about a courtesy email say your info has been submitted and is being reviewed. I'm just saying because I ordered on the 7/12 and you guys got back to me on 9/4. but other than that it is a great service I thank you greatly. [Each case is unique and, unfortunately, your case took longer than most. Once our researcher submits your request to the facility, there's nothing much to do, or say, until the facility returns the record. We are glad things did work out, and thank YOU for your service!]
