Touchstone was a great company to use in obtaining my father's DD214. I entered the information, but had left off some pertinent material that required me adding at a later date. The sight saw that all information was not completed and a day later explained what I needed.
My father's information was available for download q12 business days later. I was very happy to have the hardcopy packet a few days after that.
I was given a person's name if I needed to contact him and I tried after 3 weeks in just to see how the process was going. I was not able to get in touch with him. This would be my only disappointment in the company.
