Really not much to comment on. The service was quick and my DD Form 214 came in about two weeks. Every thing that was requested was done to my satisfaction. The most difficult thing for me was trying to figure out how to speak to "real" person. (Some of older persons have difficulties with computers) [Each case is unique. We made this clients hardcopy available to him for download in eight business days, and USPS delivered his hardcopy records in about 2 weeks from his order placement.]
