I was very hesitant and initially reluctant to use this service. In my search for a company that would track down my DD 214, I read lot's of negative comments about these types services. Although I didn't receive the document within the 7 day period, I did receive it well in advance of a benefits appointment. The only recommendation I have is to improve their Agent service which states they "are ready to help you! Leave us a message." I sent two requests for updates on my order and did not receive a reply. For close to 90 dollars, I think this service is a simple way to keep customers updated, even if to simply say they are continuing to actively retrieve the document. Having shared those recommendations, I am very grateful to have the document and recognize the amount of work it took to track it down. [Every case is unique, and response times are averages.
