Turn around time for my DD214 was 3 days expedited service, though it was the wrong DD214. After informing Shelley of this error, things got straightened out. She handled the whole ordeal professionally,
Some people tend to go 'ballistic' if all doesn't go accordingly, tending not to factor in their own inability to handle unforeseen situations
