Excellent and quick service. Only recommendation is that they are a little more clear on how and when you will receive your DD 214. [We've now added our Record Retrieval Estimator on the service pages.] There isn't really a call in number or chat service. Regardless, cant complain about not having all the bells and whistles when they actually do get the job done. Just make sure to always login to your account to check on status...... That should be stated more since there aren't email updates sent about your order.
