I really liked the service except that every time I called I never got to actually speak to someone. I would leave voicemails but no one would call back. I did get emails and noticed on my account but I would have rather talked to someone. [We've found that our Frequently Asked Questions and, if needed, our Support Ticket system is much more efficient and provides a written record. Generally, most of the issues we've had to address from client phone inquiries were covered there.]
