I ordered a DD214 with the 2 day expected turn around. After not receiving it with in that time frame I contacted the order department via phone. The man I spoke with was very nice, explaining to me that since the discharge date from service was so long ago that it would take longer than the 2 days, so he refunded me the difference of cost between the 2 day and 7 day order and said that I should expect my dd214 with in the next day or two and for me to call back if I do not. On the afternoon of the 6th business day from my original order, I received my documents! This company is legit and is great. You are better of to call to place your order, so you will know exactly when you can receive your docs depending on when you were discharged. I think any negative reviews are stemming from not ordering the correct package. I will use this service again and highly recommend it to anyone!
