This is a great service! I started looking into a VA loan over a year ago (my first) and was a little put off by what I was told, e.g. lots of paperwork and weeks if not months to retrieve DD214. When I actively started the process, I was told I could retrieve it in 7 days or less. Touchstone delivered! I received it in 5 business days. One caveat...24 hour service means a week to delivery (but worth it). [Each case is unique.
