Was not able to sign electronically, after several attempts I finally had to print out my request and fax it to your office. When you live in the country faxing involves a forty mile round trip. [Our technology works with the overwhelming number of computers but, generally, you'll need a current version of your browser. Current versions of Safari, Chrome, Firefox and Explorer all work fine. We can also accept a scanned copy of your signed request form as another option. We do try to make it as easy as possible. We're glad, however, that things did work out.]
