Although, I have already written a review of Touchstone several months ago I would like to share a recent update. When I originally purchased the DD214 Express Service I must have entered it twice. As such my credit care was charged twice. Several weeks later the DD214 information was received and it was just what I needed. I did contact Touchstone concerning the over-payment via email. Time went on and frankly I forgot about it. This week I received a nice email from Touchstone that I had overpaid and I would be reimbursed for the overpayment. Yesterday while checking my credit card report, I saw that they had reimbursed me in full. Touchstone gave me exactly what I needed and exactly what I paid for. I would recommend them for this service.
