Yes I was pleased with the service, it was very efficient and I like the fact that you updated me on the status of my order. However, I ask for a specific DD214 that included my Late Husbands Rank as LTC and this was either overlooked or just not mentioned. I only received the same documents I already had, it would have been nice if someone had contacted me that actually "read" my comments and let me know that what was sent was the only DD214 available. [We retrieve all separation documents within a veteran's chart. We can't know what the chart contains until we look. If it's not there, we can't retrieve it, nor do we know why it is not there, nor can we create an official document. We've sent you a separate email on how to have a DD215 created, for corrections and additions to your late husband's DD214. Thank you for your service, spouses of military personnel do indeed serve too.]
