The Touchstone DD-214 Express Service was very quick, but be aware that it is not as fast as their website would like you to believe.
You place your order and your request is immediately assigned to a named Researcher in the St. Louis area. It sounds like this person is going to personally retrieve your records. The reality is that they only submit your request to the NPRC and the government actually retrieves your record and the Researcher just insure the government does their job.
The entire process took just nine business days from the day I submitted my request.
