Touchstone came through in a very timely manner... very well done and exactly what I needed and when I needed it...
The website has all the information you need although some of that information needs to be updated (2 fax numbers - one of which rings forever (and may not be in service at all - and the other number could use some graphics buttons/highlights to emphasize the fax number to use for whatever purpose...
Some testing of the website by people not familiar with the whole system to see easily/smoothly the website processes work for people not familiar with computers or websites in general (non-touchstone staff or maybe an independent website can test from a "newbie" perspective... there was a fair amount of frustration with this
