Service is unreliable at best. Promised 3 day delivery took 2 weeks and only after constant prompting. Phone calls were unanswered. Cost for service was handled without delay however. Not at all professional!
[Each case is unique. Please read our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section on our website for timing and delay issues. In brief, we read your review. We received your Request Form Tuesday Nov. 17, at 11:13 am ET, after or 10 am processing day cutoff. Wednesday is day 0, the day we submitted your request to the facility. Thursday and Friday days 1 and 2 respectively. We count only business days, since the Federal record facilities are not open to process records on other days. We delivered your record on Wednesday, Nov. 25, making it available for you to download from your account then, the fifth (5) business day. That's the very day the facility made it available to us. USPS delivered hardcopy on Nov. 30th. No one could have gotten you your record faster. Regards, - Martin PS Thank you for your service.]
