I was honestly expecting to spend my money for express service of my DD214 and be disappointed with an over-promise and under-delivered service as is the usual. However that was not the case at all. I was complaining that I had not received the darned thing and even sent an e-mail before checking my inbox. And to my surprise after firing off an email, I had to fire off a second one rescinding the first one as the DD214 was already in my inbox. I was not surprised, I was shocked. So when normally I would not write a review of service, I truly felt obligated to do so, especially after firing off a nastigram asking where on earth was my documents and they kindly and RESPECTFULLY responded with it was delivered electronically to your inbox on 10/8... I really still cannot believe it.
This was a great service. Thank you.
