After many attempts to obtain a copy of my DD 214 from the Defense Department, then learning it would take up to four months or more, I was very upset. After checking government sites I realized I was in big trouble and may not be able to take advantage of a refinance of my home due to time constraints. I continued to surf the net and came across TOUCHSTONE, A GOD send. I had the necessary documentation within two weeks, in time to take advantage of the loan.
The only negative issue I had was the signing of the documents. Due to an injury to my hands I was unable to complete legibly, the signature requirement. It was continuously rejected. I t was necessary for me to get my neighbor to sign my name for me. After that every thing went fine has I received the documents in a few days.
In closing, I would highly recommend TOUCHSTONE for many of thew services they offer. The cost was well worth it.
