Positives: I'm generally happy with the service. They did deliver the DD214 in an expedited manner.
Negatives: their delivery times are overstated, so you shouldn't necessarily expect the same day availability (or even the mailing on the day they obtain your docs). I received electronic access a couple days before the document was mailed (and I paid for expedited delivery). I received an email today that is internally inconsistent:
"Your order has been updated as follows: Delivered
Hello John,
Your order was retrieved today and shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 2 - 4 days for postal delivery."
How can it be "delivered" and "shipped" on the same day? Just a little bit of an over-promise/under-deliver deal.
[Hi John, Once we retrieve your record, we make a digital copy download available which you can use immediately for almost all purposes (hence, delivered), and ship hardcopy. Record retrieval times are averages, some records come in sooner, some later. I'm glad we could help. Martin]
