I was very impressed with your service. Never in my wildest dream did I expect you to find the DD-214 for my brother Hial Roger Hales so I could apply for reimbursement of his burial expenses from the Veterans Administration. My brother's records were destroyed in St. Louis in a fire years ago and it was my understanding that his records could not be restored. However, Touchstone was able to send me copies. Your company is amazing in accomplishing their research. I can highly recommend Touchstone to any other veteran. Please give your staff a huge thanks from me for their diligence in locating his discharge papers. I got a kick out of it when I read it as my brother told the VA that he was born in Orem, Utah, but I had his birth certificate and he was born in Provo. Thanks again for a job well done. It was well worth the money I spent to get this form.
