I needed my National Guard/Army Reserve documents from LONG ago in order to qualify for VA loan. I was told about Touchstone. After just 4 days they were able to get me my DD 214 discharge but the national guard info was another question and I thought they were done. I tried for over a week calling all sorts of numbers to find out WHO has these documents. Then, lo and behold, last week I get the NG documents I needed from Touchstone. I was absolutely shocked. I would recommend them for ANYTHING, they did a superb job. Five stars.
