Excellent service. Far superior to waiting on the bureaucracy to fulfill a request. Good value for the money.
I would suggest saying up front in the marketing material that a person should expect a 2-3 week delivery time as a norm. When you sign up for express service you tend to think it will be a few days until you get into the FAQs. [Each case is unique. We encourage everyone to read our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section to understand exactly what we do. In general, we can get most recent separations in as little as a few hours, but if your separation is pre-1992, we average 3-4 days. But some cases do take longer. It depends primarily on the facility which has your record. (Please see our retrieval times chart for more details.) In all cases however, no one can get you your record faster.]
