The service delivered our DD214 completed form today, which is the day we required it as we leave tomorrow. We had ordered 12/22/14 and were caught in the Christmas holiday dates. Fortunately we paid for overnight service.
We did receive updates via e-mail. We had called the number but received no response to to message we left but did receive e-mails once the order was being processed.
I also wish to commend you as we had an inaccurate date of entry by 5 days but you found the actual date and were able to process the order.
