Wow! I am impressed at how fast this service is. I am purchasing a new home and at the last minute my lender is telling me that they do not have my DD214 for the loan. As I'm freaking out, I'm searching the internet as to what was the quickest way to obtain that form. I found the Touchstone Group and from what I've read, there are good and bad reviews about the service so I took a chance and purchased the Express Service. I ordered the services on a Wednesday and got the paperwork Saturday morning. You can do this for free but it would take weeks to get that paperwork and I didn't have much time as I am closing on my house within the week and needed my dd214 to finalize my loan for VA eligibility. My only negative comment about the service is that they do not correspond very well. I made phone calls and sent emails as to what the status was for the dd214 and received nothing from them. Touchstone Group, this is something you need to work on especially for customers like myself who paid $127 for an expedite service. I think this would be an EXCELLENT service if their communication to the customer was as good as their delivery of the product. All in all I'm satisfied and looking forward to my new home.
