I used your service in order to get a copy of discharge papers for my father. They were needed in order to apply for Veterans benefits he was eligible for.
The original discharge papers were destroyed in Hurricane Sandy.
The application was not too bad but asked for information that was unknown such as time of service and where he reported to and where discharged from. the computer would not allow the application to continue if left blank. This caused a delay until i called and was told to put in any numbers and that it would be corrected as the process progressed. Email Receipts and the name of processor were helpful. However, even tough I paid for express service it took longer than it should have.
All in all the service was good and the papers were received by email as well as express mail.
