My experience was confusing. When I called on Wednesday evening July 23rd I was asked if I wanted to purchase the 3 business day delivery. It was not made clear to me that the Next day would not count as a business day. I began looking for my documents Monday evening the 28th of July
I could not raise a single human being at your office by phone on Tuesday the 29th. I was frustrated with the lack of information given in the email responses. I finally got my documents Thursday the 31st of July. While I appreciate your service I feel more attention should be paid to making clear to clients what to expect and exactly when their 3 Business day clock begins.

[Our processing day closes at 10 am ET. The day of receipt before that cutoff is Day Zero, and days are counted from there. Therefore, for your order placed after 10 am Tuesday, Wednesday is Day Zero, Thursday, Day 1. We only count, too, business days, days the records facilities are open to process requests.
