I contacted Touchstone about getting copies of my DD214 forms. I was a little skeptic at first but took a chance that paid off. The staff that contacted me were friendly and called immeadiately after I submitted my request. I was surprised that they had them in the time frame that they stated. I was sent scans pdf and also recieved hard copies in the mail. This was a big help as I didn't have to wait to get them before I could send them where I needed them to go. The only thing that might need some improvement is customer service. I had tried to call several times to get an update and was unable to reach any one. Overall I would use them again and recommend them to a friend.
