The service was fast and precise, just as advertised and I received the documents already certified, so this helps save time as well.
The only critique I would like to add is that the 2 day delivery was thru US Postal Service and although there was a tracking number, they lost the documents for 2 weeks.
My suggestion would be to give the customer of choice of overnight delivery carriers because FedEx/UPS are far more reliable than USPS, especially since the documents being sent are so critical in nature and timely as well.
Good job overall, but if you could add FedEX/UPS, then that would be better.

[RESPONSE: Rob, we do offer FedEx, but since we provide an immediate download once we retrieve the record, which is usually sufficient for most purposes, the charges for hardcopy delivery via FedEx are usually not necessary. For this reason, we generally recommend USPS Priority Mail for inexpensive, generally reliable delivery and tracking. We are considering UPS as yet another option, but have not yet had the need.
